It’s been almost two years since I met Alex and his presentation at a seminar made a lasting impression on me and solidified many of my thoughts on training and recovery. The basic idea is simple, if you can allow for maximum recovery you can get better faster and getting better faster is how to get the most out of your training and if that gets you better body composition, so be it. Having been around some of the fittest people on the planet Alex stands out as not just one of the fittest but also one of the most enlightening.
