“I’m super excited about my 2nd BODPOD results. My test results from the 90 day retest are as follows:

  • Weight :  UP by 0.3 lbs.
  • LEAN mass:  UP by 4.9 lbs.
  • NASTY fat:   DOWN by 4.6lbs
  • Total body fat percentage: DOWN 3.0%

I’m now at 28.6% body fat. I’m out of the “excess fat” category, and into the “moderately lean/healthy” category. My first goal is to progress to 25% body fat. I’m on my way y’all! High fives all around! Eat To Perform is working for me. Boom!

In the last 90 days I’ve lost 6 inches. I measure bicep, chest, waist, hips, thigh, & calf. Performance improvements in the last 90 days:

  • power cleans: 75 lbs.–>110 lbs.
  • thrusters: 55 lbs. –>95 lbs.
  • hang power cleans – 65 lbs. –>95 lbs.

I don’t have actual numbers for speed improvements; however, I’m significantly faster during WODs, since beginning ETP 90 days ago. {{grin}}”
