What Makes Eat to Perform Different?

Have you been dieting most of your life without the results you have seen from friends and family? Do you go to the gym regularly but when you look in the mirror you do not see the amount of hard work you are putting in daily? Are you stuck, frustrated, and confused?

They have you convinced that carbs make you fat, fat makes your fat or that 1500 Calories is enough to properly fuel your body, and that you can't enjoy your food when you do eat it. It's all about less, less, less. Everyone has tried the restrictive approach, so why do so many fail to reach their goals. One of the problems is they are too restrictive but the biggest issue is they do not have someone with experience guiding them along the way.

Conventional wisdom says that you must approach nutrition with a dogmatic, all-or-nothing attitude. In reality, striving for impossible perfection ruins the whole process and builds an unhealthy relationship with food.

Before you know it, you've painted yourself into a corner with nowhere else to go - nowhere to take calories from, no foods to remove, and still not losing fat. It is also very difficult to adequately adapt to exercise constantly under eating. Which defeats the point of why you exercise in the first place.

At some point, you need to stop and maintain your results before you push the pedal to the metal again (this in a nutshell is what the ETP Method does). Failing to do so could lead to long-term metabolic adaptations that make fat loss nearly impossible, not to mention the psychological toll of deprivation.

Willpower is finite, and something will eventually give, leading to feelings of guilt and failure. Ultimately, the success rate of dieting is abysmal - the longer you diet, the more often you diet, and the less you eat, the harder it gets and the more weight you'll put back on.

The diet industry has instilled fear in millions of people - maybe even you - that if you do not do it this way, you'll never have the body you want. If that approach worked, you probably would not be here reading this right now.
